Dispenser Hire

Dispensers for hire are subject to completion of a minimum twelve month hire agreement, thereafter contracts can be terminated or renewed accordingly. If you wish to terminate the hire service before the end of the twelve month contract, the amount outstanding for the contracted period would be required in full. Payment for hire of dispensers should be made by monthly standing order, unless otherwise agreed. Access should be granted to premises to allow installation. Dispensers are installed free of charge.

Free Stock Control Service

Free service for customers situated within a 50 mile radius ordering over £100.00 worth of supplies at one time at least once per month. Delivery charges will still apply. Customers outside of the 50 mile radius should contact us directly on (01752) 243158 to discuss before placing any orders. For customers ordering washroom supplies only, stock checks will be carried out during working hours unless otherwise agreed. For customers also receiving cleaning services, stock checks will be carried out along with the regular cleans. Orders will never be placed without the prior approval of the customer.

Cleaning Services Health & Safety

To ensure the health and safety of you and your employees, our cleaning teams visit outside working hours. This allows cleaning to be thorough without endangering any employees safety. We are not contracted or equipped to clean such things as blood or faeces and if such need does arise, it is entirely up to the cleaner's discretion whether to undertake such tasks.

Sanitary Bins

Installation of sanitary bins and subsequent services are subject to completion of a minimum of one year contract. Thereafter contract can be terminated or renewed accordingly.

Public Liability Insurance

A copy of our public liability insurance is available upon request.

Payment for Cleaning Services/Dispenser Hire/Sanitary Bins

Payment for contracted services are invoiced on a monthly basis in arrears. Payments should be made within the agreed time but no later than 30 days of the invoice date to avoid additional late payment charges as set out in the terms and conditions of the cleaning contract.

Payment for Washroom Supplies

Payment for supplies must be made at time of order unless a credit account has already been agreed.

Credit Accounts

Accounts are available on request subject to credit checks and completion of a credit agreement. Accounts will be invoiced at point of order and payment is required within the agreed time period. Invoices not paid during this period will be subject to late payment charges as set out in the credit agreement.

Trial Cleaning Contracts

A one month trial contract is available after initial quotation. This is a no obligation trial. Once the month trial is completed and account settled in full, services can be terminated without penalty.

Recommendation Reward Scheme

Rewards are earned by recommending another business to our contract cleaning services. If after the one month trial period, the business renews the contract for a further 12 months a £25 reward will be paid out directly to the person who made the recommendation.

Reward will be paid out after 1 month of a 12 month contract has elapsed.

Overdue Payments

We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, including a compensation charge of £40.00 as set out in section 5a of the same Act, if payment is not received according to the agreed credit terms. All agreed credit terms are printed on the service contract or hire agreement signed by both parties. If there is a persistant failure to settle accounts, legal action will be taken to recover any outstanding debts.
